Standard Item Processing Times

All standard items are processed within 4 days and sent to warehousing for

dispatch.

 

To expedite your order through the process, we offer priority processing,

ensuring your product is sent within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Custom Item Processing Times

Custom order processing times vary depending on the level of detail

required for the product.

Shipping Times

We offer free worldwide standard shipping (list of countries below).

The standard shipping times are as follows:

• UK: 4-7 business days*

* The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries

and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best

to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in

case of late delivery - we do not issue a refund.

We currently do not offer an express shipping option due to the costs

involved.

 

Shipping Taxes

As we ship with a premium shipping method, all taxes are included, and

you will not be required to pay these upon receipt of your goods.
